London bagel museum was really crowded and crazy, so I accidentally found this Michelin-recommended pork soup rice nearby. You must queue up, and it takes about 25 minutes to queue at noon on weekdays.
The menu is kept simple, offering rice soup and sliced pork. There is a lot of pork in the soup rice, including both meat slices and pork ribs. The meat slices are very soft and tender, and the pork ribs feel more filling. There is some unknown green oil added to the soup, which gives the whole bowl of soup and rice a light aroma and a little bit of spiciness. In addition to white rice, the rice also has a little barley, which adds a different taste.
The soup is so smooth that you can finish the whole bowl of soup without even realizing it. It’s a pretty unique little shop!
