When you think of squid, you will think of this vendor at the Ningxia Night Market.
The queues are always long and this time is no exception
The hot weather and the heat from the vendors' boilers still did not dampen everyone's interest.
I ordered my usual flavor

Crispy squid-wrapped cucumber-garlic flavor-Thai sauce (150 yuan):
When you take a bite, the sour and sweet taste of the Thai sauce on the outermost layer first hits your taste buds. Then the outer layer is fried and crispy. The deeper squid is elastic and chewy, and paired with the innermost cucumber, it’s so much more. The texture is so layered that it’s hard to stop holding the bamboo sticks in your hands. You can finish it in less than 10 minutes.

I really recommend this restaurant, the price is not too expensive and the ingredients are pretty solid.
