To participate in the limited-time event for Kapok, I specifically ran to "Qingxin Fuchuan," located on Zhongzheng South Road in Yongkang, Tainan, to buy a drink, aiming for the cup featuring Kapok's big head. However, due to a shortage, I could only buy the drinks first and then fill out a pre-order form for the Kapok cup. I ordered two cups: fresh milk tea and grass jelly milk tea, both with one sugar level. The result was quite ordinary — there wasn't really any surprise. The tea flavor and milk flavor in the fresh milk tea were a bit weak, and the grass jelly in the grass jelly milk tea didn’t have any particularly special texture. After finishing both cups, it just left me thinking, "Well, that’s that."
This shop doesn't have a high rating on Google reviews, with quite a few people mentioning issues with the service attitude of the staff, but our experience this time was actually decent. There wasn’t anything particularly bad about it; it was just the kind of service you wouldn’t pay much attention to — ordering, picking up drinks, everything was just average.
In summary, this trip to Qingxin Fuchuan was just to get the cup; the drinks themselves didn’t leave a strong impression. If, like me, you’re coming for the event merchandise, then you can come. If you’re nearby and thirsty, you can stop by as well; that’s all there is to it.
