▪️Spicy Pork Pasta $350
Very fragrant and rich in flavor, the pasta tube is large, making it a bit inconvenient to eat.

▪️Classic Fries with Cheese, Tomato, and Truffle $260
The fries are quite salty on their own, so there was no chance to dip in any sauces, and I didn’t taste the truffle 🤣
So salty that I kept needing to drink water...

▪️Red Wine Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Turmeric Cream Asparagus Risotto $420
The beef is very tender and can be eaten by someone with braces 👍🏻
So delicious that I was left wanting more after finishing.

▪️Pan-Seared Scallops with Bacon and Onsen Egg Pasta $380
I thought it would be just ordinary pasta, but it tastes great! It makes you want to keep eating bite after bite.

The speed of water refill is quite slow.

🔹Atmosphere
It’s a bit noisy as every table is chatting, which adds up to a loud environment, but it creates a more relaxed vibe.

Summary
The dishes are all above average and very tasty!
However, each portion is on the smaller side, so I didn’t feel full.

位於中山站附近,才剛開業不到一年的餐酒館,之前逛街經過時就被低調又有設計感的店面裝潢所吸引,終於逮到機會進來一探究竟! 店內裝潢和店門口看起來一樣漂亮(連廁所都很漂亮),整體空間比想像中的大,一二樓都有位子,除了酒吧常見的吧台座位外,也有適合各種不同人數聚餐的座位區,2人、4人、8人皆可滿足,二樓還有皮製沙發區喔,和朋友來小酌好愜意啊~ 唯一缺點大概是兩人座位的桌子有點小,當擺滿餐點及調酒時,會很容易撞到東西,一直戰戰兢兢怕把杯子打破 這邊的調酒以茶酒為招牌,喜歡喝茶的朋友千萬別錯過;酒的名稱和介紹都很詩情畫意,酒單上會標註出濃度、甜度、酸度及酒體的四角圖,供大家參考和點酒 我們今天點了「寄春」(梨山茶酒/柚子酒/六琴酒)$400、「翠雨」(白花茉莉/日本柚子酒/蜂蜜金桔)$380 兩杯喝起來都很清爽,翠雨的柚子和金桔味讓人無法忽視,配上明顯的茶感很像在喝一杯帶一點點酒感的柚子茶;至於寄春是期間限定,酒感較濃,想要更明顯酒精的人可以選擇這杯 除了酒吧常見的薯條炸物等下酒菜外,這邊也有賣義大利麵、燉飯等主食喔,甚至有炒飯和擔擔麵,好特別! 辣味豬肉筆管義大利麵$330 豬肉每一塊都很小,切得有點碎,有失口感,且沒有到很嫩,同行友人笑稱有點像是滿漢大餐泡麵裡會有的肉塊,但整體來說味道是還不錯啦,要特別稱讚的是筆管麵麵體相當有嚼勁 香煎白帶魚醬香義大利麵$350 白帶魚捲成一捲,給的份量還蠻多的,不過魚肉吃起來有一點柴 ,個人覺得這道吃起來的確是有醬香的,但調味可以再重一點,更適合搭配酒來吃 炭烤自製雞肉丸 附日式醃菜$230 一份有4串,形狀是長條的,稱為雞肉丸條可能比較合適,吃起來有種軟骨脆脆的感覺,不是完全軟的肉,口感特別,味道也不錯;旁邊會附上4小塊類似醃蘿蔔的東西,不過這個醃菜的味道我還好 四川麻香 老皮嫩肉$250 這道是今天的MVP,是我下次來還會想要再點一次的餐點,一份有8塊,豆腐炸得很嫩,且還帶有湯汁,搭配微微的椒麻香味,很適合,會讓人一塊接一塊 整體而言,這家餐酒館的食物和調酒的表現大概70分,氣氛很不錯,店員也都很親切,收餐盤時和結帳時也都有關心顧客覺得今天餐點如何,會願意再訪吃吃看今天沒點到的餐點(例如很多人推的脆皮燒肉和炭烤牛排松露奶油燉飯) ps 如果想來用餐可以在線上先訂位喔!
