In the Kaohsiung Sanduo shopping district, there's a food stall at Xingzhong Night Market offering delicious "Apple Chicken Salt Crispy Chicken." This night market is indeed filled with hidden gems, with a street full of food. Today, I suddenly had a craving for fried snacks and happened to notice a crispy chicken shop with the pun "Apple Muscle," which piqued my interest, so I decided to try it out.
This small stall seems to be doing quite well, using a tablet for ordering. They have a tablet at the entrance for customers to place their orders—it's my first time seeing this kind of ordering method. The menu prices are very clear, and after placing an order, just hit checkout, and the store immediately starts frying.
Everything looked so delicious that I ended up ordering a bunch of items. The chicken fillet is only 60, and it's even larger than my palm, with a sweet and crispy batter and very juicy meat. The squid ink fish cake is also a must-try, as it's more flavorful than the typical fish cake slices. The vegetable options are also quite diverse; the fried cabbage is completely not oily and super crispy, making it incredibly delicious.
