My favorite conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Taiwan is currently located on the third floor of the 京站時尚廣場 (Q Square Fashion Plaza). The environment is clean and bright, and the cost can be deducted from parking fees. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are sufficient (you can request less rice), and they also have seasonal dishes. The prices are not cheap, but the overall experience is very good. I enjoy the shellfish series and the edge meat, and the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and miso soup are generously served. The seasonal items like 青甘 (young yellowtail), 比目魚 (flounder), and 松葉蟹 (Matsuba crab) are all very delicious this time.
