I was able to take a photo of the most delicious-looking Taiwanese dish I've ever seen! ✨ The taste was also firmly delicious, making it a restaurant I will definitely revisit!

【Restaurant Atmosphere】
It's located in the restaurant area on the 2nd floor of Taipei Station! On weekends, every restaurant is so crowded that there's a line. I went there during the weekend lunchtime, and there were about 5 people in line, so I waited for about 15 minutes. The number of seats isn't that large either. From the window-side seats, you can see the grand hall of Taipei Station! You can place your order using the QR code on the table.

【Food Evaluation】
The rice bowls come with three types of side dishes (fried items, bamboo shoots, and fish ball soup) and are very filling! 🔥

★ Braised Pork Rice Bowl
The large and tender braised pork goes perfectly with the rice! I think even women can finish this easily! There's no distinct Taiwanese flavor like star anise!

★ Pork Cutlet
Crunchy and juicy! This was the most delicious among what I ordered 🤤 It has a spicy seasoning, and you can finish it easily as well! Be sure to eat it fresh out of the fryer!

★ Shrimp Egg Rice Bowl
You can choose between runny or fully cooked eggs! It’s filled with plump shrimp, and I'm very satisfied with it 🦐 There’s a slightly salty seasoning for the shrimp and sausage, so I recommend the runny egg for a milder taste! ♪

To be sure, having so many fried items did make my stomach feel a bit heavy, but there were so many delicious-looking dishes that I ended up eating too much, so be careful! Haha!
