📍 Location and Transportation: Sauce Master is located in the city center of Xindian, New Taipei City. The nearest MRT station is Xindian District Office Exit 1, about a 2-minute walk. There are a few motorcycle parking spots at the entrance.

🏠 Space: Opened at the end of 2023, the decor is bright and clean, with 40 seats available in the store. Customers can self-service utensils and return them. Today, on a weekday evening, there are quite a few empty seats, but it's often full on weekends and requires waiting.

💰 Ordering and Payment: Order at the counter, with payment options including cash and credit card. Receipt ✔️ and transport tools 🆗, no service charge 🈚.

🍽️ Dishes:
Truffle Cream Chicken Pasta: There’s only a small pinch of truffle that you need to mix in yourself. The serving of shell pasta is generous, with ingredients including corn and asparagus. The sauce is rich and slightly salty.
+30 NTD for unlimited drinks: Pepsi/Sprite/lemonade/black tea/green tea/plum juice/freshly brewed coffee. The restaurant also has a recommended drink recipe list 🤣 and provides paper cups so you can take a drink to go after dining.
+110 NTD for a portion of fried food: The boneless fried chicken was quite good, but the portion was rather small.
