Using the rare Miura-brand beef "Hayama Beef" and a crispy texture achieved by the artisan's special "fresh panko," the extraordinary Menchi Katsu, where these two carefully selected ingredients meet, offers an irresistible crunchy texture combined with the juicy umami of Hayama Beef.

The Menchi is made using the coarse-ground meat of the highly prized Miura-produced "Hayama Beef," blended luxuriously with domestic beef and pork, making it exceptionally juicy. Additionally, the more you chew, the more the meat juices burst forth.

We use the artisan’s commitment to crispy "fresh panko." The exquisite texture of the coating further enhances the deliciousness of the Menchi Katsu.

Selling over 300 pieces a day, the "Exquisite Kamakura Fresh Bread" is made with high-quality Canadian wheat flour, butter, and fresh cream, making it moist and fluffy with soft edges.
By using this fresh bread to create "exquisite panko," it results in a fragrant, savory taste and an astonishingly crispy texture.

In the direct sales area, two types of homemade sauces are available to pair with the Menchi Katsu. You can choose between the "Exquisite Extra Rich Sauce" and the "Exquisite White Sesame Sauce," made with white sesame paste.
