I went to Sannomiya to eat delicious ramen 🍜
I visited a restaurant called Minatoken Sannomiya Kōkashita, which, as the name suggests, is located beneath the elevated tracks of Sannomiya Station 🍜
It is within walking distance from Sannomiya Station along various train lines 🚃
The restaurant has only a counter, and the ordering system is done via food tickets 🎫
On the table, there were:
Spicy garlic chives 🔥
Vinegar
Grated garlic 🧄
Roasted seaweed
Dumpling sauce 🥟
Ramen sauce 🍜
Chili oil 🔥
Pepper 🔥
✨
I ordered the Tonkotsu Hime (Queen) Petal Chashu 🍜🐷,
4 pieces of gyoza + beef tendon Bokkake rice bowl 🥟🐮,
Double portion of Abura Soba 🍜,
3 pieces of fried chicken + beef tendon Bokkake rice bowl 🍗🐮.
Here’s a description of the Tonkotsu Hime (Queen) Petal Chashu 🍜🐷:
With eight kinds of vegetables and a secret blend of spices,
this is the ultimate smooth pork bone broth wrapped gently in a silky texture!
When the ramen was served,
the rich broth 🐷,
thin noodles 🍜,
chashu in the soup 🐷,
petal chashu 🐷,
green onions,
sauce,
the chashu was incredibly luxurious and amazing 🐷✨.
Even though the broth was rich, there were plenty of vegetables, making it easy to enjoy ✨.
The sauce inside was also rich, and when mixed with the broth, it offered a different delicious flavor ✨.
The thin noodles were smooth and paired perfectly with the broth 🍜.
The chashu in the soup was tender and flaky, while the petal chashu provided a different texture that was delicious 🐷.
I was thrilled to enjoy plenty of chashu 🐷.
The broth was so delicious that I instantly fell in love with it 🍜.
Double portion of Abura Soba 🍜:
This was ordered by my companion.
The served mixed noodles featured
thick noodles 🍜,
cubed chashu 🐷,
menma 🎋,
green onions,
garlic chives,
egg yolk 🥚,
and roasted seaweed,
offering a generous serving 🍜.
The bowl was large because the noodles were doubled‼️
I broke the egg yolk and mixed it in to eat 🍜.
I tried a bit as well, and the seafood flavor was strong, rich, and delicious 🍜.
It was very tasty, and even with the double portion of noodles, it felt light to eat 🍜.
Beef tendon Bokkake rice bowl 🐮:
This is a famous dish from Kobe‼️
The sweet and savory beef tendon cooked with konjac was incredibly delicious, and the sauce paired perfectly with the rice 🐮🍚.
The green onions were crispy, and adding plenty of the chopped seaweed from the table was also delicious 🐮🍚.
Fried chicken 🍗:
The fried chicken was large, crisp, juicy, and delicious 🍗.
Gyoza 🥟:
The crispy bottoms were perfectly crunchy, the skin was chewy, and the filling was tasty 🥟.
Combining the dumpling sauce with chili oil was also delicious 🥟.
Everything was incredibly delicious ✨.
Although it’s a small restaurant, there were constantly customers coming in, which confirmed its amazing taste‼️
It’s close to the station, and I definitely want to go again 🍜.
