Went there at about 7:30 on a weekday evening. There were not many people in the store and it was about half full. There are not many seats in the store, with one row at the bar and one at the window, which can accommodate about 6-8 groups of customers. The store has an open kitchen and the barbecue smell is a bit strong. Hot tea for internal use is available for self-service.
We ordered the following dishes.
Ultimate boneless saury (a la carte): This is a popular dish in the store. It is different from the ordinary grilled method. The store debones the saury, rolls it, and brushes it with a little homemade sauce. It tastes very soft, tender and juicy. The fish flavor of the saury goes well with the sauce. The sauce is not heavily seasoned and highlights the freshness of the fish itself. Highly recommended.
Kansai-style Spicy Matsusaka Pork (set meal): The main course, Matsusaka Pork, is grilled just right. It tastes juicy and tender, with a more original flavor and no fishy smell. It is an excellent main course. As for the side dishes, every dish is carefully prepared and not careless. Special mention for the cold kale. The stems of the kale have been processed, and the overall taste is special. The sauce is mixed with miso, and the aroma is very strong. It is a very powerful side dish.
You can tell that the boss cooks the dishes carefully.
The small drawback is that the open kitchen has a slight fume. Also, the price is a little high. But it’s fine to eat occasionally and recommended.
