A very famous store, I heard that this used to be an ophthalmology clinic, which is how it got its name. The exterior has a quaint charm, while the interior is luxurious, grand, clean, comfortable, and bright. There’s a constant flow of people, with a very crowded area outside for ice cream queues. Inside, there is a variety of local souvenirs, making it a popular place for both tourists and locals.
I brought a friend who was visiting, and since I was about to go abroad, I thought it would be a great opportunity to buy some souvenirs. We ended up buying a lot; pineapple cakes are the main attraction, but there are also many other treats like sun cakes, egg yolk pastries, and raw chocolates—almost every kind of souvenir you can think of is available. There are also many promotional offers to consider. Despite the large crowds, there were plenty of staff members, and they were friendly and efficient, making the checkout process quick. Overall, it was a really good experience.
