This is a popular and must-visit ice cream shop in Taichung, I believe everyone must have heard of it! I happened to be on a business trip to Taichung this time. Miyahara Ophthalmology Clinic is about 3 to 5 minutes’ walk from Taichung Railway Station to the take-out queuing area, which is very convenient. Since I planned to eat directly on the roadside, I chose to queue in the take-out area. While queuing, a clerk will send you a menu so you can choose what combination and flavor you want.

🌟The takeout and dine-in areas are lined up at different locations. There is a $100 discount for dine-in. If you want to dine in, you can go directly to the dine-in area to order. The location is about 3 minutes further away (GOOGLE search for "Taichung City No. 4 credit union")

🍨Dining experience:
This is my first time to dine at Miyahara Ophthalmology Clinic. Overall, it is quite good. The portion size is just right for two people to eat a bowl. I want to try it to see the taste but not feel too full after finishing it.
Let’s talk about my favorite flavor first: ¹Aiwen Mango. Mango ice cream is very refreshing but not too sweet. It is very suitable for hot summer! Fortunately, I chose not to replace the Aiwen mango at that time. I personally like the sweetness of mango!
Next is ²⁹66% Nut Caribbean. There are many chocolate flavors to choose from. This time I chose the 66%. I originally thought it would have a bit of bitterness, but this one tastes not bitter, so I want to try the 80% next time. It is recommended for those who like bitterness. For chocolate, you can try 80% or 100%! In fact, the original choice was ³⁷Sea Salt Caramel, but I found that many people choose the chocolate flavor, so I tried it instead~ But I think the 66% Nut Caramel is more acceptable to ordinary people.
Finally ²⁰Cheers to the past, it is actually quite delicious, but other choices may have a stronger taste, so the tea series taste is not so prominent, but it is still a delicious taste, if you like tea flavor, you can choose it.
Let’s talk about the upgraded sundae and sprinkles. The upgraded sundae comes with a cookie bowl and butterfly puff pastry. I thought it tasted okay, not amazing. At the end of the meal, I crushed the cookie bowl and ate it with chocolate ice cream. The cookie bowl It goes well with chocolate ice cream; as for the sprinkles, I prefer cheesecake. The dense texture goes well with ice cream. Relatively speaking, pineapple cake doesn't go well with the flavor I chose.

All in all, after eating it once, if I have the opportunity to pass by, I will still buy it again to try new flavors and new combinations❤️‍🔥There are also many souvenirs and related products sold next door.
