【Miscellaneous Student - What to Eat】
Today I went to the Huangsuo Market on Jianguo Road in Xindian.
I accidentally saw the golden crab shell and couldn't help but reminisce about the small crispy cakes from Keelung, so I ordered a radish cake.

★ Thoughts:
The owner is really nice and said I could buy one to try, otherwise they won’t be open on Monday, and I'd have to wait until Tuesday. But when I took a bite, even though it was hot, the dough and radish inside were both soft. There wasn't that distinct separation in texture between the shell and the filling. The dough near the filling was soaked and turned mushy. To be honest, I didn't really like it. The flavor is also on the bland side...
The shell is crispy, but the filling ruined the crispy texture of the shell. I don't think I’d want to buy it again next time... Sorry, owner.
