This time, I visited 'GOSHO', located just a 3-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station! It's in the adult district of Nakasu where you can enjoy casual Italian cuisine tailored to Japanese tastes!
They offer dozens of seasonal creative menu items and focus on dishes that cater to Japanese palates. The owner chef, who trained at a top hotel, showcases their skills here. Remarkably, there are over 250 different items on the menu. The offerings change depending on the season and daily ingredients, so it seems like there’s always something new to enjoy with each visit. They serve various dishes such as "Salad," "Pizza," "Hamburger," "Chicken," "Omelette," "Pasta," "Steak," "Rice dishes," and more. Additionally, it’s a pleasant surprise that, despite being Italian, you can also taste exquisite dishes that transcend genres, like sashimi and chicken tartare. Plus, everything you order at 'GOSHO' is genuinely delicious!

【Grilled Green Asparagus with Vinaigrette Sauce】
They use asparagus from Nagasaki Prefecture. The asparagus is fluffy, tender, and pairs perfectly with the original vinaigrette sauce.
【Golden-Grilled Salmon (Pithka) with Basil Tomato Cream Sauce】
This luxurious salmon Pithka is so soft and goes wonderfully with the sauce made from basil and tomato. The combination of the sauce and the dish is something you can only taste here.
【Crispy Spiked Potato Butter】
Stacked spiked potatoes! It's quite impactful. This is one of the dishes I always order when I go to the restaurant. When you break it apart and mix it with the salty butter sauce, it’s pure bliss!
【Creamy Carbonara】
This was a rich carbonara. The cream sauce clung perfectly to the pasta, making it irresistible!
【Special Mix】
Unlike other pizza doughs, this pizza has a thicker, bread-like crust, making the outside crisp while the inside is chewy, giving it a new sensation. The toppings included tomatoes, mozzarella, and onions, and both the texture and the flavors were delicious.
Once again, Harapeko-chan is fully satisfied!
