Smoked chicken spring roll, not a lettuce salad. Price: 65 TWD.

Freshly made to order, with a thick skin that doesn't leak water even by noon. The mung bean sprouts and cabbage have a lot of moisture removed, giving it a fresh and crisp texture without being greasy. The firm tofu is homemade by the vendor, and it’s filled with ingredients that resemble egg floss.

The main ingredient, "smoked chicken," is only tasted later on, but it's okay. Personally, I feel like it might not need any additional ingredients; the original flavor is enough XD.

Original spring roll, same basic contents as above. Price: 50 TWD.

Well, since it mainly caters to many mobile customers, there isn't much XD.

Environment
It's a market; as long as it's clean and hygienic, that's good enough.

Review
This spring roll dominates at the affiliated hospital of Taipei Medical University; it’s very big! Very cheap! It's often bought as lunch.
Basically, if possible, this is a delicious and inexpensive meal nearby, with the caveat that you need to wake up early, otherwise starting at 7:30 AM is a crazy line time until before 9 AM.
