❤️ Once awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, this restaurant has over three thousand Google reviews, and their fresh meat dumplings are truly delicious! I refer to it as the Din Tai Fung of dumplings!
Every post includes actual dining photos, even if it's just a picture of a drink, to prevent some users from posting misleading images without meal pictures.

📍 This place is around the Yan San Night Market. It offers plenty of indoor seating and has restrooms available.
🚗 If you're driving, it's recommended to park at the Yanping Elementary School parking lot (30 NTD/hour), or you might find temporary parking along the nearby yellow lines.
🏍️ Motorcycles usually park right in front of the shop, and there are a few scattered motorcycle parking spaces nearby.

💬 Shijia Fresh Meat Dumplings has always been a must-visit at the Yan San Night Market. Although there are many indoor seats, you still need to wait in line for a table. Besides the large crowds, indoor dining is only available until 2:30 PM, after which you can only take out. They take a break until the evening, resuming operations later. The service is excellent, and the dining experience is enjoyable.

🍜 Fresh Meat Dumplings $60 A bowl of fresh meat dumplings comes with 4 large dumplings. The dumplings are plump and round, with a thick, soft, slightly chewy skin, paired with a savory fresh meat filling that perfectly balances the plain-tasting outer layer. The broth is made from dried shrimp, truly deserving of its signature status.
🍲 Century Egg Tofu $35 I didn't expect that the tofu in this century egg tofu dish wasn't a whole block, but rather about 1/3 of a block. However, this classic flavor is basically foolproof. With tofu and century egg paired with a little soy sauce and chopped scallions, you really can't go wrong with this taste!
