I happened to see someone eating by the roadside, and took a peek at the name on the outside of their packaging, and found this café. The café has a small window outside, set up like the one in the photo, and they only sell one type of dessert. There weren't many people in line, as they serve food very quickly. The staff are also very friendly; you just need to tell them if you want a large or small serving, and they’ll have your order in your hands in about three minutes!

The dessert tastes very much like pancakes 🥞, but it has a softer texture, not as fluffy as a soufflé. So overall, it feels soft and tender, with the sweetness of a pancake. Some pieces were crispy on the edges, and that slight crunch added a nice caramelized flavor that makes it even more delicious than just being soft. The layer of fruit on top is black cherries 🍒, with a bit of cherry sauce; luckily, it's not too sweet. Overall, it has a tangy-sweet flavor that is very appetizing. The one we ordered was a small portion, and it was almost not enough for two people!

I personally highly recommend this dessert; it’s something I found myself missing a bit after leaving that place. I can only imagine their other afternoon teas must be even better. If you’re shopping nearby, it’s worth making a reservation to dine in! I look forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts!
