"Yonghe Success Road Must Eat in Summer-Kevin Ice Cream"
The weather has been getting hotter recently, and shaved ice shops in Taiwan are absolutely indispensable. Kevin Ice, which is on the road to success, has become your best friend in summer.
There are not many seats in the store. It is recommended that those who go there consider taking out. It is fast and you don’t have to worry about whether it will be delicious when you take it home! This time I also chose takeout, so I took a physical photo for your reference before leaving (you can see that the soy milk is full!)
In addition to the red beans, peanuts, rice balls, etc. that can be found in ordinary shaved ice shops, the store also has heart-filled rice balls and even drinks to choose from. In addition, the owner also makes his own love fruit. I have bought it before and concluded that it is good after eating it.
"Sugar-free Soy Milk and Tofu" $80
This time I chose sugar-free soy milk tofu. I avoided the brown sugar water used in ordinary ice cream shops and used organic sugar-free soy milk. There are different sizes of bowls. You can choose 4 ingredients for the large bowl and two ingredients for the small bowl.
Although the price of soy milk and tofu pudding is much higher than that of ordinary tofu pudding, it tastes much better and is not too sweet, making it less burdensome to eat.
The ingredients include pinto beans, peanuts, taro balls, and grass jelly. The pinto beans are my favorite. Those who like it can also choose red beans for a sweeter taste. The boiled peanuts are soft and glutinous and basically melt away when swallowed. If you like hard peanuts, you may want to consider it again. The grass jelly is relatively ordinary, and the overall taste has a simple aroma. The taro balls are chewy and chewy! It’s an item I must order every time!
If the weather is getting hotter, would it be more refreshing to have a bowl of cold bean curd than turning on the air conditioner? It’s also kinder to your wallet😭
