The spicy and tonkotsu flavors are both quite good. The spiciness is not overwhelming, the portion size is sufficient, and the overall dining experience is very good.
The staff are humorous and interesting, the service is quick and thoughtful, and they assist with ordering while in line, which makes for a pleasant experience.
Every time I pass by the entrance, there are a lot of people waiting. This time I thought I’d come and see what it’s like, so I came. When I arrived, I found that some people were waiting for takeout, and those who were dining in actually didn’t have to wait too long. The table turnover rate is quite high. When you start waiting in line, the staff will ask you what you want to order. While I was still considering whether to get a large or small bowl, the staff was quite humorous and interesting; they directly helped me decide to get a medium portion. I added a soft-boiled egg, but it turned out there was already one inside. I have to say that part was indeed quite thoughtful.
Both flavors I tried were decent. The spicy one was quite good, not too spicy, and the tonkotsu flavor was also nice. The portions are actually quite generous. Overall, the dining experience was very good, and I would come again next time.
