Jinfajia originated in Taichung, but currently there seem to be more stores in the north.
It is said that Jinfa is the name of the business owner’s grandfather, and he was inspired by his grandfather’s hard work growing tea. As a younger generation, he has a sense of mission to promote delicious tea products. In short, this is the story.

What I enjoyed today was Aiyu lemon honey winter melon, totaling 55 yuan.

The combination of lemon and winter melon is still amazing.
The mixture of these three is a perfect match made in heaven.

Here comes the special feature. What is very different from the traditional method is that the store uses a spray gun to make roasted sugar on the lemon slices. The unique crunch of the roasted sugar in the cup gives new excitement to this stable product from time to time.

I've had a good impression of this chain's signature mung bean paste and peach jelly series before.

Overall, it was the first time I tasted Jinfajia’s proud roasted sugar, which was really impressive.
Compared with the one on Raohe Street, the quality of the drinks is just as good.
For chain stores, maintaining consistent quality is very important.
