As the saying goes, only children make choices—I want it all! 😆 This restaurant, located in Nankan, is a battleground for beef and lamb lovers, allowing even those who don’t eat beef or lamb to gather together for a meal. 👍 The restaurant offers a hundred types of ingredients to choose from, whether it's desserts, drinks, or various cold and hot dishes; it truly can be overwhelming to choose from! 😵‍💫

There’s a parking lot right next to the restaurant 🅿️ which makes parking easier, but if it's full, there are two public parking lots nearby, although you will have to pay for those. 😅

The hotpot broth has five options: clear broth, herbal broth, red braised, Mongolian, and spicy! 👏 If you choose the yin-yang pot, you only need to add 50 TWD to enjoy two types of broth instead of each person having to pay 50 TWD, which is very generous! 😘

At the self-service bar, you can really go for it! 🤩 There are lamb bones, lamb shanks, lamb chops, lamb tendons, as well as beef brisket, beef tripe, beef tendons, and mixed beef options—all available for you to grab and enjoy until you’re completely satisfied‼️ Another freezer has various hotpot meat slices, but unfortunately, they are all restructured meat, not whole slices. 😅

As for seafood, there are squid, white shrimp, and clams to complement your meal. 😘

The hotpot ingredients are plentiful, but what attracts me the most is the individually packed egg dumplings. 😆 Plus, they are so delicious! 🤤

Compared to the typical lamb hotpot, this place has more choices in the condiment area. You can’t go wrong with fermented tofu sauce and shredded ginger, along with options like chili sauce, garlic oil paste, and satay sauce. There’s even a choice between black vinegar and white vinegar!

The carb selection is also quite impressive: egg noodles, chicken noodles, instant noodles, special braising noodles, rice, and less commonly seen Wumuk ramen. 👍 The braised pork sauce in the carb area is so thick that it’s just irresistible to keep going for more! 😋 The spicy duck blood next to it is also quite tasty. 🙌🏻

After the meal, fruits, desserts, cakes, and ice treats are also available, though they lean more towards the traditional side. 😁 But there’s still a good variety, bringing a sense of nostalgia. 😄

In summary:

Compared to the usual lamb hotpot, the value here is significantly higher. The air conditioning inside is also adequately cold, so you won’t be sweating while enjoying your meal. 😂 With so many items to choose from, it feels like you’re at a buffet! 👏 Autumn is approaching, giving everyone another option for enjoying hotpot when the weather gets cool! 🙌🏻
