The shop is located at the entrance of Raohe Night Market, with indoor seating and air conditioning (very important). To order, you scan the QR code on the table; besides the options on the menu, you can also mix and match, which is quite nice.
This time, I ordered the signature seafood hot pot. A great thing is that when ordering, you can choose to substitute the hot pot ingredients for other items, and you can also select the softness and hardness of the noodles, among other things. I decided to replace the hot pot ingredients with mushrooms, which cost an additional 5 NT dollars.
Although the price is a bit higher than regular hot pot noodles, the ingredients are very abundant, with a good amount of seafood and vegetables, and the broth is delicious. I would definitely want to come back again.
