I chose a restaurant I had never been to for a birthday dinner, and it was absolutely amazing! My friends said we should plan to go once a month 😂. This restaurant is located in an alley, not directly on a main road, so parking is a bit inconvenient. You might have to wait for a parking spot on Henan Road or Lidong Road, and it's easier for motorcycles.

However, because of its location, it doesn’t feel crowded like roadside eateries. It's like the artistic version of a hot pot restaurant. The overall environment and service were very good. When the broth was served, the staff introduced the ingredients. When I drank the broth, I really felt my pores opening up. I was originally worried it would be too hot and greasy to eat during the summer, but the broth made with Job's tears is said to help with dampness, so I ate with peace of mind 😂.

That day we ordered about 4-5 additional plates of ingredients. Whether it was shrimp balls or vegetables, everything was delicious. A friend who normally doesn’t drink soup ended up drinking so much that they couldn’t save room for the porridge we wanted to make with the broth, so we had to leave with regrets until next time.

As I keep writing, I feel like we should plan to go with friends again! 😋

2-3 person hot pot base NT$ 699 Before the ingredients are even added, the soup base is already very rich (drooling 🤤) Inside, there is tripe (not fishy and crispy), chicken, corn, white radish, goji berries, barley, and lotus seeds. The barley seems to be endless; the ingredients are very abundant. The soup base is made by simmering bones, so it doesn’t have any fishy smell and tastes very rich. If you like a bit of spice, you can use the special pepper! It enhances the flavor even more~ However, the店家 reminded us not to add all the pepper to the hot pot, to avoid making it spicier as you drink.

The chicken thigh meat served with the hot pot and the clams. The meat is tender, and the addition of the clams enhances the freshness; the clams are also very delicious! 👍

The sliced pork that comes with the hot pot is not thin; it's slightly blanched and tastes really good.

It's the store's amazing pepper, and you can take as much as you like. Each table will have its own jar.

The ice pops we got after giving a Google review! I must say the flavors are quite unique – they were so delicious that we immediately searched for the factory to buy some XD. The red jade flavor has a wonderful tea aroma, and the sweetness of the taro is very refreshing.

The vegetables in the refrigerator are self-served, with prices based on the color of the plates.

The price list in the store includes the dishes in the refrigerator and the hot pot base, and those with a big appetite can also order rice to go with it.
