The gathering brunch is located in an alley near Sammo Hung Department Store in Xia Xinzhuang.
Although the interior area of the store is not spacious, it looks clean and tidy. If air conditioning is not required, there is also a spacious outdoor seating area.
The store's signature dish is noodles. Today I ordered an extra portion of pork belly and a cup of black tea, which totaled 130 yuan.
Fried Noodles: This noodle is really good. It is completely different from ordinary teppanyaki noodles. It tastes more like fried noodles. Teppanyaki noodles usually have a looser and moist texture, while teppanyaki noodles are very dry and firm. Of course, they are not It won't make people feel too dry and difficult to drink. This is just a relative feeling.
The meat is of moderate thickness and the cookedness is just right, not too old.
The soft-boiled eggs are quite delicious, and the yolk melts away accidentally.
Chili peppers are a bit special, bright red in color but not low in spiciness.
This kind of chili reminds me of Guishan’s famous brunch fried noodles, Niu Jiao Po. In fact, the content and configuration of the meal (gherkins, meatballs, meat sauce, etc.) are indeed very similar.
Of course, both are equally delicious.
If you don’t have the opportunity to go up the mountain to taste Gyujiapo, you can also enjoy noodles at the bottom of the mountain.
Black tea is just right.
Overall, it’s a delicious restaurant worth revisiting many times.
Recommended to everyone.
