This time, I visited 'RACINES DONUT & ICE CREAM', located a 7-minute walk from Omotesando Station! It is found within the commercial facility "Nono Aoyama" in Kita-Aoyama, Tokyo, where you can enjoy cute and colorful donuts!

Within "Nono Aoyama," there are two establishments: the brewery restaurant "RACINES AOYAMA," and the specialty shop for donuts and ice cream "RACINES DONUT & ICE CREAM," which opened at the same time on September 27, 2021.

"RACINES AOYAMA" is a sister store of "RACINES boulangerie & Bistro," located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It is a popular place where you can enjoy natural wines and French cuisine in a casual atmosphere. I’m curious as I haven't visited it yet! The Aoyama store has a terrace surrounded by greenery that lets in plenty of natural light, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

This time, I visited 'RACINES DONUT & ICE CREAM,' the specialty shop for donuts and ice cream. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a dazzling display of cute and colorful donuts! The variety definitely catches your eye! There are a wide range of drinks available, including “freshly made handmade donuts,” “sustainable ice cream,” “cold-pressed juice made from contract farmers’ fruits,” and “coffee,” creating an exciting atmosphere.

The “donuts,” known for their fluffy and chewy texture along with about 20 different flavor variations, are so popular that they sell out 1,500 pieces by the evening on weekends. In fact, these “donuts” are homemade with no additives, making them very healthy. They look cute and taste delicious—what a perfect combo!

【Chocolate Crunch】
The crunchy texture and taste of the chocolate crunch are superb!

【Maple Bacon】
The sweetness of maple and the saltiness of bacon are a perfect match! It was so good that I finished it easily, alternating bites with the sweet donut.

【Plain】
This one is a firmer, simple donut. It’s very satisfying on its own, making one enough to fill you up.

【Five-color Sprinkled Chocolate】
Covered in cute colorful chocolate, the crunchy sprinkle chocolate pairs well with the chewy donut.

The interior is curated in calm tones, giving it a more sophisticated atmosphere.

Once again, Harapeko-chan is completely satisfied!
