The original soup is very sweet, and you can taste the sweetness of daikon and vegetables. With fresh vegetables paired with seafood and pork slices, you won't feel empty after eating. The shrimps are big and fresh, and they are helpful to remove the heads. There are also four to five clams, which is very sincere. Chopped green onions are placed separately and can be added according to personal preference.

I feel that laksa is a popular item in this store, and it is also a relatively rare flavor of pot noodles. I recommend this to those who don’t know what to order! Laksa has a bit of milky flavor, and the slightly spicy taste is considered mild. The ingredients are the same as the original pot roast except that there are no eggs. The pasta is thicker and different from the Kaohsiung pasta I often eat.

Friends who have eaten it also recommended the kaya raw toast, I might try it next time.
The price is a bit high for pot noodles. When there are many people during dining hours, the clerk will register the number of people first and wait outside. It is recommended not to go in a hurry.

身在高雄,你知道高雄觀光局在2023年底至2024年初舉辦了「2024高雄鍋燒麵大賞」嗎?目的是將鍋燒麵打造成像日本拉麵一樣具有國際吸引力的美食。在這次活動中,評比將根據「湯頭、麵體、賣相、創意(料)、衛生」等項目,進行實地評鑑。今天介紹的這家店在這場活動中被選為最佳人氣王,主打不添加火鍋料的鍋燒意麵,湯頭則以大量蔬菜和大骨熬煮為基底… ✅手炒叻沙鍋燒:湯底由老闆親手製作,以蝦油煸炒各種配料,再加入椰奶調製成濃郁溫潤的湯底。湯頭帶有淡淡的奶香和微辣的口感,雖然清淡,但味道十分均衡,不會過鹹。鍋內的配料包括鮮蝦、豬肉片、蛤蜊、玉米筍和蔬菜,食材都十分新鮮、美味。搭配的是寬意麵,麵條吸滿了湯汁,口感十分Q彈。(圖中是有再加購30元的肉、15元的蛋) ✅老爺爺酸白菜鍋燒:配料與手炒叻沙鍋燒一樣。不過湯底是加入大量酸菜,雖然如此,但酸菜的酸度不高,反而像是在高湯中加入了些許酸菜的味道,讓湯頭底蘊多了一些風味層次。而這一道搭配的是一般細意麵,也是有一定的口感Q彈。 ✅北海道奶酥厚片:搭配老闆自製的奶酥醬,口感香醇且不油膩,甜度適中。搭配的厚片麵包質地柔軟,接近生吐司的口感。 ✅咖椰生吐司:將軟綿的生吐司抹上自製咖椰醬,再搭配奶油塊一起享用,呈現出鹹甜交融的奶香風味。 ✅印度咖哩奶酥:入口時能感受到咖哩的辛香,但味道並不強烈,重點在於奶酥烤製後的酥脆口感,更像是為吐司增添了一層風味點綴。非常特別! ✅謙稻紅茶牛乳:味道樸實,紅茶牛乳溫潤順滑,能感受到濃厚的奶香,與茶香搭配得很順口。 ———————————— 謙稻的料理主打不添加味精和調味粉,重口味的吃貨可以自行選擇添加店家提供的沙茶醬、辣椒醬和味精。這次品嚐的湯頭,味道不算重,主要在蔬菜基底的高湯中稍微增加了一點風味,因此仍能感受到原本大骨高湯的清甜。奶酥的部分更注重口感,每款的味道都只是輕輕帶出一些香氣,吃完後不會感到膩口。這家店在鍋燒麵大賞中頗受歡迎,意麵沒有油耗味,非常好吃! *只收現金,不接受訂位 *每人低消180元 *店內無廁所外借

人氣鍋燒店家🤩日式的裝潢帶有一點復古感,店內座位不多,建議早點去排隊才不用等太久喔‼️ 鍋燒湯頭很濃郁,叻沙是得名的餐點👍🏻酸酸辣辣的夏天很開胃,喝完也不會口乾舌燥,赤味增相對較溫和,意麵煮的剛剛好😋沒有糊掉,但烏龍麵不是有嚼勁的那種,料偏少😅😅 🔺叻沙鍋燒$190 🔺赤味增鍋燒$190 🔺咖椰吐司$70 🔺花生巧克力脆薯$90 推薦指數❤️❤️❤️❤️🤍(4/5分) 雪莉4分跟3.5分一直在猶豫,雖然麵少了一點,但料又很豐富,最後是調味勝出,加上副餐都好讚😍尤其是脆薯~一口接一口,咖椰吐司也不會很甜膩🤭
