🍲 Kaohsiung Zuoying ▫️ Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Zuoying Store
🍲 A food street Korean cuisine I've been eating for the past ten years
This Korean restaurant, as I remember, has been in operation since the opening of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Zuoying Store
Back in my student days when there weren’t as many options, I always ate at 21st Century and this place 🇰🇷
This time I visited, although I felt the prices have increased a lot, considering the cost of living, it seems reasonable
I ordered the familiar seafood tofu pot
The spiciness can be adjusted, I chose mild 🌶️
You can choose between instant noodles, sweet potato noodles, or udon noodles
I found the broth is not as delicious as I remembered, which was a bit disappointing 🥹
Fortunately, the ingredients were as plentiful as ever
In addition to soft tofu, I also added frozen tofu
The tofu seems to have soaked in the broth for a long time and is quite flavorful
The seafood, including shrimp 🍤, squid 🦑, and clams, were relatively fresh
There were even slices of meat, Korean fish cake,
and fish ball hot pot ingredients filled with fish roe
But the sweet potato noodles were average without any wow factor
Overall, it was just an ordinary meal to fill my stomach
Interestingly, I noticed there were no additional side dishes ordered
Each one looked very appetizing
(I wonder if they can be ordered individually)
I may still consider trying them next time ✨
