The side dishes included today include seaweed, kimchi, soybean sprouts, green vegetables and a side dish that looks like cold potato shreds.
▪️Kimchi, beef and tender tofu stew can be made from beef or pork, both of which come with a raw egg, which needs to be beaten into the pot while it’s hot. The soup is very fragrant and delicious, and it goes well with beef and kimchi😋.
▫️The frosty beef stone-yaki bibimbap is like putting the side dishes + meat provided on the table on top, and it will also come with a bowl of hot sauce, which can be added and mixed. If you eat it slowly, there will be crispy rice, but I personally prefer to eat it without crispy rice🤣.
▪️ Next to the braised beef belly with green onions is white rice cake, and it also comes with lettuce and garlic. You can eat it together, because the meat provided is all pork belly, which will taste oily and is in need of relief. But this dish tastes very good and tastes delicious.
