I came here once before during the trial operation. I had a very bad impression at the time. The table was dirty, the operation was slow, the meat was not tasty, the rice was very sticky and not suitable for lunch, and the presentation was messy. But after a while, I saw that there were still a lot of people there every day, so I decided to give it another chance to try.

It moves much faster this time! The dishes are also arranged neatly! The table is cleaner and less sticky than before!
The taste of the meat may not be accurate because I have only eaten it twice, but I think it tastes better than the last time. The sauce is enough, and the portion of the dish is right. One portion is very satisfying, and I feel like I can come again!

However, I still have to mention that I personally feel that the overall taste is "soft". Whether it is vegetables or meat, people who like texture may want to pay a little attention. I am not sure whether this restaurant will cook it on the soft side.

This time I ordered barbecued pork rice for $90 Served with tofu, bean pods, cabbage, soup... I'm not sure what kind of soup it is. Some people say it's corn and chicken bone soup. Soup and tea are available for self-service, with unlimited refills for free.
Because I came very late, I was almost the last customer, so the dishes were almost picked, and there was very little meat left. It was about 19:00, and only sausages, barbecued pork, and roast duck were left to choose from.
The boss lady will always ask if you want to add more sauce and scallion oil. I think the sauce is pretty good, but I don’t think the scallion oil has much flavor. Among the side dishes, I think cabbage is the most delicious. The bean pods are a bit too soft and the tofu is a bit salty. Fortunately, it is OK after being paired with rice.

I remember that the person who cut the meat last time was not a girl, so I’m not sure if it was a shift of clerks or if there was a replacement person responsible for different parts. But it moves much faster! It really took a long time to cut last time!
For restaurants, I think the hygienic environment is very important Overall, the countertops are clean and things are neatly placed, which I think is a plus!
Disposable chopsticks are provided at the counter, but there are actually environmentally friendly tableware, which are placed outside instead of on the table for indoor use. You have to come out and get them yourself.
