This is a super hidden little shop I recently stumbled upon~
At first, I thought the owner looked a bit intimidating, but when I ordered, he was super friendly and even laughed during our chat, which gave me a sudden sense of contrast cuteness 🤣

🍲 Signature Braised Noodles VS My Favorite Fried Noodles
The shop's signature dish seems to be the braised noodles. I tried it once before, and it tasted quite good, plus the portion was huge, leaving me completely stuffed!
However, since I'm not a big fan of "soup noodles," I've been sticking to the fried noodles every time I visit, which has completely become my personal No. 1.

🍤 Fried Noodles (Large $100 / Small $90)
I always go for the large portion (after all, it's just a $10 difference, so why not?).
The ingredients are plentiful: shrimp, squid, and shredded meat.
The garnishes are abundant: a big pile of scallions plus a bit of garlic.
When stir-fried, the aroma fills the air, and at that moment right after it comes out of the pot, it's so fragrant that it makes you swallow your saliva🤤.
If you love spicy food, you must add chili: the owner generously piles on a ton of 🌶️, but the amazing thing is that the next day it doesn't bother your stomach at all 🤣, maybe because it's made with real ingredients?
In short, I think the fried noodles are really delicious. There was one time I even ate them for a whole week straight 🥵.
