This is a super hidden little shop I recently stumbled upon~
At first, I thought the owner looked a bit intimidating, but when I ordered, he was super friendly and even laughed during our chat, which gave me a sudden sense of contrast cuteness 🤣

🍲 Signature Braised Noodles VS My Favorite Fried Noodles

The shop's signature dish seems to be the braised noodles. I tried it once before, and it tasted quite good, plus the portion was huge, leaving me completely stuffed!
However, since I'm not a big fan of "soup noodles," I've been sticking to the fried noodles every time I visit, which has completely become my personal No. 1.

🍤 Fried Noodles (Large $100 / Small $90)

I always go for the large portion (after all, it's just a $10 difference, so why not?).
The ingredients are plentiful: shrimp, squid, and shredded meat.
The garnishes are abundant: a big pile of scallions plus a bit of garlic.
When stir-fried, the aroma fills the air, and at that moment right after it comes out of the pot, it's so fragrant that it makes you swallow your saliva🤤.
If you love spicy food, you must add chili: the owner generously piles on a ton of 🌶️, but the amazing thing is that the next day it doesn't bother your stomach at all 🤣, maybe because it's made with real ingredients?

In short, I think the fried noodles are really delicious. There was one time I even ate them for a whole week straight 🥵.

Small Fried Noodles (90 NT dollars) By the way: I really need to hurry up and upgrade the camera to level 25 to unlock the gold check mark. (It was super challenging to take a photo while on a scooter chair, and there was a lot of soup, just cooked and super hot. I got burned directly, and there was soup everywhere, even at the bottom of the entire bag 🫠)
A small store, very discreet.
The menu on the wall.
Inside is the dining area, which can accommodate about 6 people at a glance. It should just be the owner's living room. 🤣
The cabinet for braised dishes~
There are also forms that can be filled out. When there are many people, it's recommended to fill out the form so that the boss can manage better. When there are no people, just call directly. 👍
