Is there no delicious food in Terminal 1 of Taoyuan Airport? Except for a few chain restaurants, almost all of them are restaurants operated by Xin Dongyang. This is not a common choice for Taiwanese people to eat or drink milk, right? Although most of the food courts have English signs that are friendly to international customers, they are not careful enough. For example, there is still only a Chinese sign for hand soap.
The Nanyang Bak Kut Teh noodles in this restaurant have a distinct peppery flavor in the soup, which is good, but the meat... is just ordinary Taiwanese braised pork, and the noodle is soft and rotten. The Nanyang flavor can't be just that, right?
I found that only in Terminal 2, there are more classic restaurants that have been proven by the market, such as Lin Chongming’s Fish Head in Casserole, Xiao Wang’s Boiled Melon, Chun Shui Tang, Xingbo Coffee, etc. I should just give up on Terminal 1 next time.
