Located in the Giant Kota Damansara Mall. Parking is pretty easy to get.

Came on a weekend. It was quite clear they are understaffed as its usually quite busy on weekends. Took us awhile to get our table as their staff were hustling juggling many duties.

Just order with the qr code provided. As the name implies, its mainly known for its chicken rice and is a chain outlet.

Food came pretty fast but the taste was just normal/less than normal. The chicken looked abit skinny, the tauge wasnt so crispy and the pai ti was so-so.

The ayam berlando was coated well with spices and the spicy sauce was decent. However the chicken was abit dry.

Overall, wont mind eating here if i was in the area for shopping as there arent many choices here. If not, i wont be making the journey here.

Taugeh

Sambal that is sweet, fragrent coconut rice with banana leaf packing and lots of different lauk to choose from. Fried chicken is fried in batches so you can always get it fresh. Expect a queue on weekends

Very decent food with plenty of options. Branch of the Penang Road Famous Teochew Cendol so you cant go wrong with the desserts. The main dishes were good but not the best. Good spot to eat while avoiding super popular/packed spots.

This small eatery offers a truly local dining experience. The environment is simple and unpretentious, catering more to practicality than aesthetics. It’s a spot where locals gather, making it an authentic place to try traditional dishes. The menu is quite limited, focusing entirely on local cuisine. However, the available dishes are well-prepared, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Each meal is satisfying, and the taste reflects a home-cooked quality that many will appreciate. One of the highlights of this eatery is its affordability. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, making it a great option for those looking for a fulfilling meal without spending too much. Unfortunately, the service was a major drawback. The boss was noticeably rude, which dampened the dining experience. While efficiency may not be an issue, the lack of warmth in customer service leaves room for improvement. Despite the unfriendly service, the quality of the food makes up for it. If you can overlook the attitude and focus on the meal, it’s a decent place to enjoy a hearty, local feast at an excellent price.
