A hidden barbecue restaurant that's a bit hard to find, the store's logo feels like a newer style of Japanese yakitori. There were no reservations, but fortunately, a customer finished their meal and left just in time, which was a stroke of luck since the restaurant was closed the next day and I was leaving Asahikawa; so it's still better to make a reservation in advance.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice; for Japan, the space isn't too cramped. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, with many local sakes from Asahikawa and Hokkaido that are definitely worth trying. The food is quite good overall, but what left the deepest impression was the bacon-wrapped lamb—it was incredibly tender, juicy, and had no gamey taste. It seems to be a limited offering. There was also fried chicken neck, which I had never tried before, and I highly recommend it. The texture was diverse and juicy, just perfect. I'm really glad to have dined at this yakitori restaurant.
