This visit is to a new location; I had eaten at the old location about three months ago. Both times I came because friends invited me.

The pan-fried pig liver is a must-order; even though it’s pan-fried, there’s a layer of sauce (for some reason, the photos of the pig liver and squid taken that day are unusable 🥲). Overall, the food is considered fresh and tasty! The previous location was less crowded, so the serving speed was normal, but this time there were more people, and it took nearly an hour for all the dishes to be served from start to finish (even though I had called ahead to order). Although we were chatting that day, the wait time still felt long, which is something to keep in mind.

I noticed other tables ordered a lot of extravagant dishes, which seems to be a style that older guests would enjoy.

All the dishes were ordered by my friends, and I only know the items but not their exact names or prices, so I hope you'll excuse me. Overall, the prices are reasonable. Some dishes come in medium and large portions, depending on the restaurant.

Conclusion: I wouldn't come here specifically, but it's okay to come if friends invite me.

The white cut chicken is very delicious! It’s a must-order every time I come. It’s quite large; the picture shows half a chicken.
Stir-fried lamb, the amount of meat is a bit small. I don't eat lamb, so I can't comment.
Bamboo clams, also known as bamboo cockles. This is the first time I've eaten them and also the first time I've seen this kind of thing... very special. They look like elongated clams and taste about the same; the shells are not edible either.
The handling is very good. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, easy to bite with no unpleasant odor. *Please excuse the blurry picture as it was taken up close.
*Image enlarged for clearer view, please excuse the blurriness.
Stir-fried beef is not bad, quite tender.
The shrimp is fresh. The top right is a photo of pig liver that cannot be used.
Preserved Vegetable Omelette
The water lily is delicious, stir-fried just right.
Black bean fresh oysters - my friends all say they are very delicious and fresh. I don't like the taste of black beans, so I don't feel anything about it.
The fried milkfish is quite large and doesn't have a muddy taste, but the oil in the middle is very thick.
If you want to eat fish, the waiter will open the freezer for you to choose from.
At the entrance, there will also be some fishery products displayed. The lobster boat above will be used for the main dishes (I've seen the table next door using it).
Some products will be placed outside for reference.
