This time, I came to this famous dumpling restaurant in Hengchun to relive some memories.

It was formerly known as Donggang Dumpling House, and I can't forget the red-braised pork soup I had there when I was younger. Visiting again now, it is still incredibly delicious! Regardless of whether you usually eat spicy food or not, this bowl of soup is definitely worth a try. The rich broth combined with tender pork has a deep flavor with a hint of mild spiciness. The dumplings soaked in it taste great as well!

The dumplings themselves are also a major highlight; the thick skin has a nice chewiness, and the filling is juicy and full. Eating them brings back the flavors I remember from Donggang Dumpling House, and the familiar taste is quite moving. This time, I specifically returned to reminisce and was not disappointed at all. I recommend it to those who enjoy authentic dumplings and rich soups.
