From the Taipei MRT ramen map, I have heard about the name Musashi of Noodle House for a long time. Is it true to its name?
I ordered Weiyu chicken white soup ramen. The chicken barbecued pork was soft and tender, the noodles were moderately soft and hard, and the soft-boiled eggs were of good quality. The golden chicken white soup was of top quality, with moderate saltiness. I almost drank it all without realizing it. The overall combination was also good. Excellent. In comparison, the pork barbecued pork had a prominent black pepper flavor, which was a bit over the top but still quite amazing.
I also ordered "Tachi", which is grilled bone-in pork tendon. The meat is soft and tasty, and can be easily removed, which shows that the braised and grilled meat is of high quality.
