Beef noodle shop in chinatown
Because Vancouver’s Chinatown is so chaotic, with 80% of homeless people and marijuana smokers gathering together, so I still don’t want to come here even after coming here for so long.
But I heard from a friend that there is a Taiwanese beef noodle shop here, so I came here because of it.
As expected, we are in China Town. The menu is basically Chinese and can be read without any problem, and there are also items such as xiaolongbao and blanched vegetables, which I am very satisfied with.
This time I ordered the signature braised beef noodles
Noodles: Very strong, looks like they are homemade, very big and delicious
Soup: I felt great after the first sip. It tasted like a Taiwanese beef noodle shop, very sweet and delicious.
Beef: The choice of parts is pretty good, and the portions are quite large, so the meat itself will not be too soft, so it is also a good comment.
Sauerkraut: This one doesn’t taste right. Although it’s delicious, it’s super salty.

Conclusion: It’s really worth a trip if you want to eat beef noodles, but the price is really expensive.
