擱再來火雞肉飯
When I was waiting for the bus at Chiayi Transfer Station, I went to the chicken rice restaurant next to it. It turned out that any restaurant seemed to be more delicious than the one in Kaohsiung!

The chicken slices are delicious and tender, but there is no shredded chicken. It's a pity that the chicken oil is seasoned and tastes a little sweet. It is paired with crispy fried garlic crisps, which is fragrant and delicious, but not hot enough. It's a pity. -
Spurless milkfish soup $60
The milkfish was given in large slices. I don’t know what was added to the soup. It had a wood aroma and tasted sweet. This one was very hot. It tasted very warm in the cold January. The disadvantage was that although there was no thorn, , but there are some scales that have not been cleaned.
3.Poached eggs $15
Unexpectedly, the poached eggs in Chiayi also cost 15 yuan...and they were very small and cold. They were about 8 minutes cooked. I didn't like it very much.

The sauce is very special, it is actually soy sauce paste + mashed garlic (I am from Kaohsiung and have only eaten vegetables blanched in marinade), but it actually tastes pretty good, very refreshing, and the spinach is very fresh~
