When I was waiting for the bus at Chiayi Transfer Station, I went to the chicken rice restaurant next to it. It turned out that any restaurant seemed to be more delicious than the one in Kaohsiung!

1. Chicken slices with rice $60
   The chicken slices are delicious and tender, but there is no shredded chicken. It's a pity that the chicken oil is seasoned and tastes a little sweet. It is paired with crispy fried garlic crisps, which is fragrant and delicious, but not hot enough. It's a pity.

2. Spurless milkfish soup $60
   The milkfish was given in large slices. I don’t know what was added to the soup. It had a wood aroma and tasted sweet. This one was very hot. It tasted very warm in the cold January. The disadvantage was that although there was no thorn, , but there are some scales that have not been cleaned.

3.Poached eggs $15
Unexpectedly, the poached eggs in Chiayi also cost 15 yuan...and they were very small and cold. They were about 8 minutes cooked. I didn't like it very much.

4. Blanched vegetables $30
   The sauce is very special, it is actually soy sauce paste + mashed garlic (I am from Kaohsiung and have only eaten vegetables blanched in marinade), but it actually tastes pretty good, very refreshing, and the spinach is very fresh~
