Recently, I really want to eat fried pork cutlets. There is a Shoboden restaurant near my company, and I want to give him another chance.

This time I ordered loin and the thick-cut gourmet pork chop that the waiter always recommends (limited quantity! Only the last portion left). I really feel it's average in my waist. Looking at the photo, I can see that the thickness is obviously too thin. The taste is okay but the texture is not.

The first time I tried the thick-cut gourmet pork chop, it cost $490! To be honest, the quality is not worth the price. His body parts are quite special, half thin and half oily. The thin parts are a bit too dry, and the oily parts are too oily, so it doesn’t taste balanced.

Nowadays, there are so many pork chop restaurants, it can only be said to be a daily choice, and I don’t particularly want to eat it.
