I haven’t eaten beef tongue for a long time, so I decided to revisit this favorite restaurant over the weekend. I called and asked on Saturday afternoon, and there were two people left at 17:30. I was lucky and came to eat!

Qishang Little Master’s store is not big, but the quality is super high! Every time I eat it, I feel that the boss really understands beef tongue, and every option expresses the taste of beef tongue very well. Craving something crunchy and chewy? have. Want something soft and tender? There are also. How about a little bit of both? Yes! Frankly speaking, the quality is better than anything I have eaten in Japan.

Although the price is not cheap (more than $1,000), the quality of the food is completely worthy. If you love beef tongue, you must try it!
