A ramen shop specializing in shrimp-flavored soup
The store is located in the restaurant corridor on the 2nd floor outside Banqiao Station
You can see it as soon as you get up the escalator
Compared with Xinyi store, this place is much less crowded.
No need to queue during meal times
In the catering section, there are more izakaya snacks in collaboration with Hutong Yakiniku.
The skewers seem to be a bit more expensive
This time I mainly came to eat ramen and barbecued pork rice.
You can choose the soup for ramen
Noodle thickness can also be adjusted
It was my first time here and I ordered the original salt soup recommended by the store clerk.
The side dishes of ramen itself are a bit boring
Only half a soft-boiled egg and a slice of barbecued pork
But the main soup is very delicious with the special shrimp cakes
You can feel the strong aroma of shrimp
The saltiness should be quite moderate for Taiwanese people.
There are many shrimp crisps on the barbecued pork rice
Tastes good
But the shrimp cake should be fried too much and it will be a bit greasy.
Overall, ramen is worth eating again
I will try a different soup base next time
