Located on the 8th floor of Lumine Est, it's easy to enter. Orders are placed via mobile order, and the restaurant specializes in carbonara using original noodles and soy milk.

My order:
🥕 Duck and plenty of black pepper carbonara ¥1,420
🥕 Truffle carbonara with boat-shaped mushrooms ¥1,800
🥕 Salad & konan tea set ¥550
🥕 Salad & soy milk pudding set ¥650

• Duck and plenty of black pepper carbonara
  Though it uses original noodles, it has the feel of commercial noodles.
  The carbonara is on the soup pasta side with a smooth consistency.
  The pepper is strong, and the sauce is tasty, but the noodles could cling to the sauce a bit better, which is a bit disappointing.
  If they changed the noodles, it would improve significantly.

• Truffle carbonara with boat-shaped mushrooms
  The fresh pasta is delicious, but the flavor lacks any accent, making it somewhat monotonous.

• Salad & soy milk pudding set
  The salad has a delicious dressing, and the vegetables are fresh and good!!
  The pudding is kiwi pudding, and it had a two-stage unpleasantness — a taste that should not be combined. I found it a bit pricey at ¥650.

Overall review:
No plans to return.
The quality of the flavors is not high, and the pasta is lukewarm and feels cold. The service is average, not bad, but considering ¥2,500 per person, the cost-performance ratio is poor. However, since they put effort into the tea, it might be worth a visit for cafe use.
