Taichung Nantun District - A well-known hot pot restaurant, open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM, with exquisite decor and spacious surroundings. They specialize in soju and sesame oil hot pot, and guests can enjoy unlimited winter melon tea!

The soju hot pot comes with chicken, and the accompanying pepper salt really enhances the flavor! The broth has a strong alcohol taste, which is fragrant but rather bitter, with ginseng and Chinese medicinal herbs simmered in it. The vegetable platter is rich, including three clams, though the vegetables are not abundant. However, the black sesame glutinous rice balls and cheese balls do not pair well with the soju hot pot.

The chilled black pork tender shoulder has a firm texture, fresh and not overly fatty; it is genuinely delicious, and I highly recommend it!

The fried enoki mushrooms that come at an extra charge are said to be a signature dish by the staff, but I found them just okay, and they tend to be a bit greasy.

🔹 Drinking water and winter melon tea are available for self-service.
🔹 The sauce area allows for self-service dipping sauces.

🔹 Orders need to be placed by scanning the QR code on your phone, with payment options including LINE Pay or cash/credit card at the counter.

▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 The dining environment is spacious and comfortable, quite impressive. Considering the quality at a price point under NT$500, it is quite good, which explains the high ratings. I particularly like that the winter melon tea is not too sweet! They also serve a sorbet after the meal.

🌟用餐2小時,禁止寵物,建議訂位🌟QR自助點餐後櫃檯結帳 「湯棧公益店」位於台中南屯公益路上,一級戰區,主打麻油雞鍋、剝皮辣椒鍋, 疲憊天冷想喝湯有辣又有補真的很讚,冷氣超強超大寬敞的用餐環境整的很放鬆。 湯棧店內以日式禪風裝潢,暖光色調和寬敞舒適的空間和超強的冷氣,建議帶外套,讓人吃飽的就好想睡覺呀😙,用餐有2人4人6人桌,可以更好的一群朋友坐一起用餐,醬料區有和飲料無限供應有冬瓜茶跟飲用水。 湯棧附近不太好停車,台中公益路的一級戰區呢,即使有好幾個停車場也很容易在顛峰時間停滿,所以停車要難運氣了!! 開吃 冷藏黑豚嫩煎麻油火鍋 💰458 菜盤部分有高麗菜、大白菜、豆皮、金針菇,蟹肉棒、蛤蠣、美白菇,食材都非常新鮮,麻油香氣濃郁,湯頭喝起來相當溫潤,老薑的辛辣感不會太刺激,是很舒服的麻油湯底,冷藏黑豚嫩煎,油脂少分布均勻,拿來煮火鍋吃多了不會覺得油膩又有肉本身的香氣。 麻辣鴨肉 💰68 麻辣鴨血的味道淡了一點,也不怎麼辣,整體來說中規中矩 炸蛋 💰30 因為好奇在火鍋店的炸蛋是啥,想不到,真的就是炸的酥脆蓬鬆的蛋,挺有趣的。 朋友的剝皮辣椒雞鍋湯頭辣辣又甘甜,喜歡吃辣的推推,對我來說太辣了🤣🤣 (不過我一開始也是被它吸引的餒!!) 最後結果給了一杯冰沙,解除了所有的油膩推推。 心得:吃火鍋果然還是湯頭很重要,結尾的冰沙是很棒的設計,解除了所有的油膩,湯棧整體來說舒適。 如果是重視餐點:麻油雞腿,剝皮辣椒不錯 如果是重視環境:冷氣強,空間寬敞 重視停車:不太好停,機車可能附近 汽車要找路邊或停車場(看運氣) 如果是重視廁所:男女分開,大間 如果是重視排隊:建議訂位 如果重視服務:還不錯 如果注重CP值:🌟🌟🌟🌟 (單純探討食物跟價格)

台中大概可以說是地靈火鍋傑,想吃什麼樣的火鍋幾乎都找得到。這間輕井澤旗下的大型火鍋店湯棧,販售多種特殊的湯底,和朋友無腦來吃絕對沒問題,味道從麻油、燒酒、剝皮辣椒、昆布到沙茶或素食,應有盡有 由於麻油的香氣實在太逼人,即便是炎炎夏日,我也是忍不住就點了;麻油火鍋感覺應該要選配雞肉,不過我後來選擇了牛腹肉。肉片薄度適中,涮個幾下就能享用柔軟的牛肉,讓人心滿意足 麻油的味道牢牢地抓著火鍋裡的所有元素,不論是下青菜、豆皮、菇類還是肉片,每一口吃下都是濃郁的麻油香氣 友人選擇的剝皮辣椒鍋底,湯的濃郁程度相較之下更淡一些;不過裡頭確實有一整條的剝皮辣椒,清香微辣,倘若時間換到冬季,應該也是相當暖心的選擇 湯棧還有提供免費的特色飲品——冬瓜茶,是好喝的冬瓜茶,夠冰、夠香甜、不會水水的,和麻油、剝皮辣椒這些台灣味道搭配起來特別契合 這次用餐有事前預約,所以並沒有等待太久,如果是直接前往,恐怕不是個好主意。這次湯棧算是給我留下了蠻好的印象,未來如果有機會,也會想要嘗試看看其他味道的鍋底,燒酒、沙茶,也都很吸引我呢!

我吃的是剝皮辣椒雞湯底,並且選豬肉片,首先湯頭濃郁而且湯底本身附的雞肉很嫩,也有蠻多塊,再來是豬肉片也是不會柴的口感,蔬菜盤量夠多,也有兩種以上的青菜和兩三樣火鍋料,整體用餐體驗良好,用餐步調也不會太過急躁,可以邊享用邊放鬆的聊天。
