When I searched for Beitou drinks online, I felt it was a long-established shop that many people recommended. However, I didn't know why I couldn't find it using Google Maps (??), and it took me a while to locate it.
When I went there, there weren’t too many people. Their layout seemed well-planned, and it looked like a place that has experienced countless queues. I originally wanted to have black tea because I've heard Beitou black tea is very famous, but then I suddenly had a craving for honey milk tea and ended up ordering it. The honey flavor was super strong, and the taste of the tea felt overwhelmed by the honey. Luckily, I really like honey, but it was quite sweet. The large size was really big—I could drink it all day and feel super full. Calculated, it was much more cost-effective than regular bubble tea shops, and other items on the menu seemed quite cheap too, which might be the key to their popularity (?).
