I am someone who really loves to eat egg pancakes, so whenever I pass by a place that sells them, I want to go in and try them, especially those little shops that look very traditional, a bit greasy and dirty, and somewhat chaotic—they tend to be particularly delicious. 🤣
Since I wasn't too hungry in the morning, I only ordered one freshly fried egg pancake. They use freshly made batter for the egg pancake, so the freshness is undeniable, but it's hard to tell if the ingredients are good or not. The type of pancake skin is cooked until crispy, so it's not the moist kind. The first few bites, paired with garlic soy sauce, are very tasty. However, as I continued eating, I felt that the entire egg pancake was too greasy and didn't seem very healthy. They also have scallion pancakes to choose from, which are basically quick-cooked ingredients on a frying station. For drinks, they offer black tea, milk tea, soy milk, and even miso soup.
Overall, the taste level reaches average, but I personally don't like it being too greasy. So unless a friend wants to eat there, I probably won't go back to try it again.
