The Set Meal 8 Neihu Carrefour store is located on the first floor food court of Carrefour Neihu. It is an independent store with its own dining area, making it much more pleasant to relax compared to outside.
Today, I enjoyed the premium grilled salmon and beef bowl, priced at 250 NT dollars.
Premium Grilled Salmon and Beef Bowl:
When served, the visual effect matches perfectly with the picture on the menu.
A generous amount of grilled beef slices are neatly arranged on top of the rice, with fresh and delicious small scallops and salmon roe in the center, which is quite pleasing to the eye.
The taste is also commendable; the grilled meat has a rich savory aroma that stimulates the appetite, while the sweetness of the scallops and fish roe adds a wonderful touch.
A small dish of pickles can adjust the possibly greasy flavor.
The tofu and fish in the miso soup are both in good quantity and above average in taste.
And the chawanmushi is a staple of the restaurant; after all, Set Meal 8’s parent company is the Chuanxi Restaurant Group.
Both the rice and miso soup can be refilled, so there’s no need to worry about not feeling full, though do avoid taking too much to prevent food waste.
You can also choose between hot rice or vinegar rice. Awesome!
Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy delicious food.
In the food court, the meal is of high quality, with an independent dining area, and you can refill rice and soup freely.
Though prices have increased compared to before, it is still reasonably priced for the quality and definitely worth a visit.
I highly recommend it to everyone!
