Phowa came up with the main design theme of "divine power". There is a wall mural by artist Xu Hexi at the entrance of the store, and the entrance to Phowa is hidden in it.
As soon as you enter the door, you will first pass through a narrow walkway. According to the infinite loop of the ground design, there is an atmosphere of falling downwards. Then you enter the bar space. In front of the green dragon on the left and the white tiger on the right, a double-layer stainless steel fine mesh is used to catch the bar. After being wrinkled and covered, a lamp is used to illuminate the lower part, creating a smoky and light smoke atmosphere, making people feel like they are in a temple.
Phowa's bartending does not follow the classic route, but adds Taiwanese flavor in a creative and special way, and pairs it with the meals provided by Lin Jingyao, the manager of "Toyoh Restaurant", giving people a novel dining and wine experience.

Thoughts: If it’s for meals, I highly recommend it. I see some adults bringing their children here to eat. For drinking, I think it’s average. The TCRC series is not my cup of tea at the moment.
