"Zhu Ji" has always been famous for its noodles. The store is located at the corner of Banqiao MRT Station, and there are quite a few people queuing up.
After lunch time, no need to queue to be seated.
I ordered pork pie (50 yuan) and hot and sour soup dumplings (130 yuan) first.
While waiting, I went to choose side dishes and fell in love with dried fish and tofu (40 yuan for a square plate) and honey taro (60 yuan for a round plate). Eat the dried fish and beans first.
Eat the pork pie while it's hot. It's crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. The pork filling is also filled with soup in every bite.
The hot and sour soup dumplings can be compared to "Gathering from All Directions". The dumplings are delicious and go well with the hot and sour soup without any sauce.
After eating the soup dumplings, I was full, so I packed up the honey taro and took it home.
Next time I come I will try the floral pie.
